Intentions for the Student exchange Program
These exchanges are organised with the end goal of broadening students’ views on the world, for their intercultural development and for them to gain international experience. It is all about the learning experience. For the school itself it is most important to build a sustainable relation with a school with which they can continue to organise exchanges.
ICDE-India – Globiintent, Netherlands to collaborate in the coordination and organisation of the exchange Between Bangalore International Academy – BIA (India, Bangalore) and Carolus Clucius College – CCC (Netherlands, Zwolle). The first part of the exchange where the CCC visits India will be taking place in October 2016.
The exchange: Group of students aged from 15 to 17 are coupled as ‘buddies’ and stay with each other’s families during the programmes abroad, The participants spend around 10 days in the “exchange Country”. The programme will be a good mix of educational, cultural and balanced with fun and leisure activities, in which students get to participate in school life, in family life and of course get to know about Country
The schools collaboration-relation: The CCC will visit Bangalore in October 2016 and the Indian school is visiting them the same school year. Exchange school should be interested in building sustainable relation with each other and have yearly mobility activities (exchanges) each year.
